I would have guessed that the zo6 would have won, but I didnt think he would completely destroy that cobra. It seems like most races I watch with the 03-04 cobras need atleast 100-150 extra hp to make up for their weight and lack of aerodynamics. I would sell my cobra if it made 700+ rwhp, and got walked like that. Especially against a car with 150 less hp.
There was an article about a year and a half ago in GMHTP, that outlines my point. The guy from the article owned an 03 kenne bell cobra. He was always getting beat by heads/cam zo6's making less power than he was. The guy got so sick of getting powned that he sold his cobra and bought a corvette, and dropped a built motor and a blower in it, and now has a street car that run deep into the 9's.
Needless to say I don't have much respect for most mustangs, although it looks like Ford has somthing figured out with their 2011 Mustang GT. This car might change my thinking a bit.

I don't doubt it. I think that car needed a driver mod and some more power. N/A 570rwhp 3300lb car is no joke. I ran a buddy's H/C/I 571RWHP C6 Z0 at TX2K10 and put about 3 cars on him on bottle, and it took me until about 4th gear to do that (he said his weighs 3150 with him in it though). Those cars are crazy.

Excuses excuses excuses....Thats exactly why 90% of people put a single cam in block GM powertrain in there desert toy/hotrod/streetrod/sport truck/custom and not a Ford motor....proof is in the pudding

i wasn't expecting that Cobra to get pulled that hard, my god. I'd like to see the ZR1 and Cobra go for a run. The ZR1 i think would pull him too. The new Z0's and ZR's are some wicked rides even from the factory so modded they should really be strong
