The car is Impressive IF the story is true.Now Im not calling BS ,But doesnt it seem a little Crazy to drop .8 and pick up over 10 MPH from those little mods?

LoL, you are right, if they have the same old glass rods that came in the 4.6's it won't matter much.

hell it only trapped 107 on the stock tires....

with enough mods, weight taken off, yeah it can trap 118. but not in anything close to stock form.

come on, they even took the fog lights off for the drag passes... i wonder what else is missing off that car to show a good time.

All that matters is the Pony Wars are back and us, the consumer, should eat it up!!!

Couple things to throw into the mix:

1) Who cares about stock, nuff said

2) Compare cost of mods vs. results

I love to see the 5.0 come back for the Ford guys since they got hammered for so long with the 4.6's

The 4.6 is still a decent motor. It's not as fast as LS1 based cars at the time.. but that's about it.
