I dont that was my first time to the track in the car. I made 5 runs. With some more seat time I am sure I could get that time down a bit more.

 

Stick the street tires back on it and let me run against you before you do any more mods to it. That things moving out thats for sure. Gotta get a run in with you before you throw a blower on it. I know thats a second quicker that your SRT8 and isn't this about what your 99 was running?

 

The '99 made a best pass of 12.1 cam only and 11.4 on a 100 shot. Well next time you come to plymouth we can have a little fun and video it for the amusement of LS1tech.

 

I've been rolling in the work truck for the last month, so the car does need pulled out of the garage so it can stretch it's legs.

Your time and mph are so close to my times when my car was boltons. As a matter of fact i had a better 60ft and et, but still ran .1 sec slower.

Nice run! Though I saw a new 5.0 run a couple weeks ago in SA, the guys best time was mid 13's right off the lot. Though he did not shift as good as you did...

 

That is insane. What is the C/S package? Is it an appearance package because that's one of the nicest 5.0's I've seen.

How much does the 5.0's pick up when they are tuned for 93 octane?

 

C/S= California Special. Basically appearance (though you could argue the 19s are performance I guess?).

 

awsome time but figured it would trap higher then that i mean a full bolt on m6 ls1 traps 113 i fgured a intake exhuast tune 5.0 would atleast do that

 

That car will do lots better with LTs and full exhaust, I'm sure.

They C/S Package is just an appearance package and some random interior items. I will some pics at the end of the post so you can really see it.

There was a couple 5.0's at the track when i went. Highest trap was 111 MPH. So the better traps are coming from faster tracks I guess.

Well I am going to upgrade from 3.31's to 4.10's and full exhaust then take it back to the track.
