RC, I think you have just about 90% of the guys on this sites dream car...

You better post up some vids of it on the street as well! I'd like to see a speedo sweep or something to give an idea of the "Feroshuness" of a car of this caliber. (I'm pretty sure I spelled feroshus wrong, but I don't give a ****... The boner I've got from this car makes it ok!)

Like LMR knows what they are doing. Their 3400+ lb car on true 10's can only run 209 mph in the quarter.

Obviously, they need a hand from someone like APE, APS turbo kits, Rob Raymer, Incon Turbos and other greats in the LSX industry to help get this car figured out.

My dear boy Chewy, it was a joke as all of those places are out of business. LOL

Remember the APE engine build Group Purchase.

Sell 35 408's.... and make 5 that run and 10 that spin bearings.

LOL I gotch ya. It was to early in the morning for me..

As for putting it down on the street. It has a boost by gear set up. Thats the beauty of turbos. I can get this car to make 600 rwhp or 1800 rwhp.

So realisticly this car could be a good contender for the standing mile record? Is this what the owner has in mind?

The goal is to go fast. I think the car should do that.

They will be pushing the factory aero pieces to the max but they have a great set of guys to have new body components fabricated (Fulmer and GoldRust)

Can't wait to see this thing. Definitely want to catch a ride in it!

That is a fantastic # and I can see where some of the other members are confused, especially on pump gas. Big intercooler and methanol reduce intake temperatures to the point where an engine can make power and live!

With out the meth my air temps at the end of the pull are only 80 degrees. With the methonal on they are 57 degrees. When you have iat's like that you can push these things way harder. RC will get the car back with a safer tune in it, but it still made 1227 rwhp on 14 psi. If any of you are in town we can take a cruise to the connoco down the street and fill her up and then roll it after that. Like I said when you purpose build a set up like this a ton of thought goes into making the setup work. One of RC's goals was to make a big number on pump, and he was here to fill it up with the fuel he got from Connoco. As for you haters, haha, come get some.

Supposedly the 1300 was on "no meth." Maybe Josh can clarify things as he would know the final answer. I know the car will have meth + pump gas for the street tune but it's my understanding that they hadn't used it yet.

From the Texas Section thread:

in the video on this thread they touch base about the car a little bit...

https://ls1tech.com/forums/texas-mem...show-5-rc.html

from my understanding this is 100% street car that can be driven street or strip

gonna be a fun fall/spring. great stuff again josh.

also thank for helping out my buddy (marcus) had the white z28 with RS body kit that apparently needed a retune and other little misc bullshit.
