Default my new x pipe setup with borla xr-1's out the back
it's under the axle, but it doesnt hit while driving. ground clearance isnt bad either. i'll use a better camera in a few weeks and redo the whole video. lol i know the quality sucks.

i was hoping it would be pretty quiet with four mufflers... fail. haha. but hopefully it will mellow out some when the tips come in. i'm going with borla oval tips with defusers inside. they're on back order..

how much of a difference will dynamat make on interior resonance?

im sure it will help that is good stuff, if your exhaust turned down or ran out the back. turndowns=drone

Man that sounds F'n wicked! I've always liked the sound of Vettes better than F-Bodies. The Y-pipe makes F-Bodies raspy, but that X-pipe and the Borlas makes it sound like a Vette with LTs. Nice!

i havent painted it yet. i put it together with random mandrel bends i found in the scrap pile. lol

its not so loud on the inside. it was waaaaay worse when it was dumped.

What length are those Borlas? I'm running Dumped XR1s now, but would like to go over the axle and out the back eventually but not sure if their too long to do it in.

how did you fit xr-1s under the car without dragging on everything?

mine are about 18" i guess. i dont remember.

They do drag everywhere, and I'm stock height. Thats why I want to bring them up over the axle if the panhard relocation gives enough room. Mine are pretty crunched right now, but still sound good

Btw do you have any pics straight from the back. Not sure how it'll look with a Camaro bumper compared to the lower firebird bumper

they'll probably have to come down an inch or so from where mine are to clear the camaro bumper. i could be wrong.
