i think it is a base coat of truck bed liner, then you need to carefully apply krylon when the liner is still tacky

If I read this correctly; The guy got a divorce and didnt want his bitch-*** Ex-Wife to have it so instead he decided to make it so undesirable that she wouldnt want it.

Ex-wife 0, DragonVette owner 1.
