Video: RENNtech Benz S600 1/4 mile Not an LS1, but read on. First of all, the video:

Now, the interesting part - this was done in a 4600lb sedan riding on 265/40-18 BFG g-force drag radials. In fact, I was clicking off low 1.6x 60's all morning on these tires. I've had mixed results with DRs on 6-speeds (they don't seem to tolerate breaking loose as much as ET streets) but with an auto tranny they stick like glue. For the street-oriented drag racers in the crowd, a cheap set of 18" wheels with DRs seem to be enough to put you right up there with more convention slicks.

Nice Rides My old man is going to get either the S600 or (if I have anything to say about it) the S65 AMG. When he aquires one of these I'll post some pics. SWEET Ride though my friend!!

Ive seen this car run at Sac.. its very very impressive! I used to work on e500's and making them boogie like what this car runs is no easy task. MBZ's are pigs when it comes to weight! takes alot of HP/TQ to get something that heavy to go that fast!
