My friends '11 GT

just got his two step put on and took it out. cut 1.6 on a mt et street. Those are the only two mods and ran 11.9 @112. he should be spraying a 100 or 150 shot this weekend. another video to come im sure.

yeah im impressed too. he went from a dsm ,that had the potential to run low 10's but was always broken, to this lol.

That doesn't even have a tune? Wow. What was the DA? Great driving definitely helped him out there. Just drove one of these yesterday, they sure are impressive.

That was a hard launch..

It took me a programmer and the tires to go 11.88 @ 116. His trap is extremely low in my opinion unless the track has a bit of altitude.

I don't get how you see that it is extremely low. They hit around 110 stock. All he has is dr's and 2 step. Neither of those are going to help trap speed. They help it launch. Your launch does not increase your trap speed.

DA has a lot to do with it I am sure but I ran 114 when 100% stock as well

I'd like to see his timeslip to see where he is losing mph as I also cut a 1.6 60' on my 11.88 pass with a 116.05 trap. Backed it up with a 12.03 run (1.7 60') with a 115.70 trap. Of course this was with a programmer though.

Regardless the car ran 11s without many parts and runs hard!

Ford did a great job with these cars....bunch of shops (JPC, Evolution) are already running 9s with them, some on the stock motor....thanks for sharing the vid!

nice there definitly badass,and i cant wait till the price starts dropping so i can own one.theres a bolton auto 5.0 here thats gone 11.3,no power adder,just boltons.
