Special thanks to Predator-Z for recommending this cam to me and all of the other members who've been helpful during this build......I think a custom grind is the way to go - so you end up getting exactly what you want.....The Pac 1518's and 7.4 TSP pushrods are sounding good and quiet, I was a little worried about having a sewing machine under the hood, but everything is good.....I only wish I would've went with a Melling oil pump instead of a regular LS6, cause the hot idle pressure is about 25-28psi, but I guess it's ok.....I suppose that's enough to keep the lifters pumped up at low RPM, right????......anyways, the tune is coming next week along with a set of 36lb injectors......Here's a short clip untuned

Sounds amazing! I've never been the "BIG CAM" type. For my new combo, I'll be running my previous 228/228 .588 .588 @ 115, you'll barely be able to hear it with the turbo ![Devil](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_devil.gif)
Good luck with the combo!

Jerry Onks in Lavergne, TN.....He's strictly an LSX guy who road races corvettes, builds rollcages and seems to know his stuff pretty well.....don't know what kind of dyno he has, but it doesn't matter i guess.....just can't wait till this thing is finished....

Sounds good! Dont know if you want to go that low if your already worried about oil pressure,. Im sure it will drop even more at that rpm. You could always run a little thicker oil to keep the pressure up a little more.
