They were clearly sandbagging the NON japanese cars. but the 375,000 dollar lfa SHOULD come in first given its price tag. Fact is a GTR won at a 1/6th of the price... They need a manual option on the GTR.

I saw that turn, he was in 2nd gear. Still though, IMO it was a 2nd gear turn.

If he was to downshift to 1st the car would have been harder to control on exit and it bet you would have been slower in leading up to that next sweeper. I think he handled it properly

 

Outcome seems about right. LFA is a little disappointing...

I think the car that was the most undeserved was the GT2 in that race. Clearly had the worst driver who probably wasn't used to Left hand drive cars...judging by all the shifts he missed. Given equal drivers I think it should have taken that GTR.

I would have taken a stock Z06 instead the ZR1 in this race BTW. A stock Z is better balanced, lighter, and more controllable at full throttle. The extra HP is only good on the straight ...after all, the car that won was substantially underpowered compared to the rest of the field.

 

Put an American behind the wheel of that car and they wont be a vag about it. That was clearly pathetic. If it skipped sideways at all he would cry wolf.
