I've broken my humerous before and it did not hurt at first but, you most certainly know you broke it. your arm below the break just falls and you can't move it.

Thats what I was thinking... Judging by how you can see her skin twist right in the middle of the humerous, and how her shoulder doesnt really move much, and the fact that her arm just goes dead...Im going with SNAP.

Also...it made a very distinctive snap sound. Shoulder dislocations seem to make more of a hollow pop if they make sound at all.

Just takes the right amount of force at just the right angle on just the right person (low bone strength) to start snapping things.

She wont be that calm for long...
