my wife decides to arm wrestle to settle a company region grudge.. (whose the stronger girls of the region) Well one of them clearly loses. Seating is horrible, i saw this coming the second the video starts.

I arm wrestle a lot and yeah that position was arm break territory - they would always stop us at tournaments if your arm starts to go past your shoulder. Look up Michael Todd - he is a pro and only guy I know who's arm can go in the "break" position and it never does.

I know it looks like she broke her humerus, but I seriously doubt it.
First of all, it would take MUCH more torque than that to break a humerus through twisting.
Also, if her humerus snapped like that, she would be screaming in pain. It would sever every nerve running through her bone most likely.
In contrast, a dislocated arm is only painful for a moment, and then is fairly numb (until you pop it back in).
Also, once dislocated, the arm does appear to be hanging about as far down as it is in the video.
Here's a perfect example of what I'm talking about:
