Why do that AND atleast not put a LS6 intake on it???! U want simple..then there it is..the cam and valve train upgrade would work better w/ the intake..my .02
Well, yea ya got a good point there.. I guess a LS6 will probably be in the works.. Just wanted to see how fast it would run, with a true cam only setup.. But I guess i'm allowed at least a damn intake.. lol.

Car looks great man and a hardtop, mine is lowered 1.5 inches and rides the same with just me in the car, if you put her or a buddy in there, totally different story, bounces and everything else. Here's a pic of the berger panel with the chrome inserts..it may help ya out on your decision!

Car looks 99% perfect, that SLP grille will get it 100%. Makes me miss my hard top 2000 Z28 H/C/I (one of the first LS6 intakes in the country). MTI 241 cylinder heads/ Lunati 224/224 cam with MAC mid-length headers. <<<<That's old school.>>>> I made right at 415 rwhp before the addition of the LS6 intake, picked up 15 rwhp after the intake and nearly 2 mph at the track.

On the factory Goodyear GS-C's 245/16 tires I'd cut 2.0's all day long and run 12.20's @ 118-120 mph, (11.90's with DR cutting 1.8's on the stock 10 bolt). That car was fun and still got 26 mpg on the frwy.

I like the Berger panel.. I just think that since there is nothing else black on my car like wheels, or hood scoop painted or anything, I just dont think any black additions on the back of the car are going to flow well with the rest of the car. Especially with chrome wheels..
