Very nice car... I have red 01' just like it.. 3,700 miles on mine now.. i'm debating on keeping it stock or adding some mods to it.

Wow!!! Not sure I'd pay that much, but then again you don't find them with that kind of mileage everyday, esp that color.
I have the 1 3/4" headers....i debated on mine too but i kept every single stock part so I could put it back, and I even had the rear end dropped down to get the factory exhaust out so it wasn't hacked up. Mine doesn't get out much, but it turns some heads when it does esp how it sounds....its VERY loud, but a good loud.
