Livernois Motorsports 641 RWHP Head/Cam Z06 - Pump/Race Gas #'s
An out of state customer sent his Z06 for our stage 3 Head/cam package and asked that we tune it for pump gas and MS-109 race gas. We finished the car today and he asked that we create a video similar to the many others that he has seen on our YouTube page.
Modifications included:
•Livernois Motorsports CNC LS7 Cylinder Heads
•Livernois Motorsports Stage 3 LS7 Camshaft
•Livernois Motorsports Dual Valve Spring Package
(Livernois Motorsports Dual Valve Springs, Titanium Retainers, Valve Spring Locators, Locks, & Valve Seals)
•Livernois Motorsports Ported throttle Body
•Kooks 2" Longtube Headers
•Kooks 3" X-Pipe
•Corsa Exhaust
•Fast 102mm Intake Manifold
•Halltech Cold Air Intake
•RPS Billet Carbon to Carbon Clutch
•NGK TR6 Spark Plugs
•GM 3-Bolt Cam Sprocket
•ARP Cam Bolts
•Hardened Pushrods
•GM Exhaust Gaskets
•Fluids & Synthetic Oil Change w/ Filter
•Professional Installation
•Livernois Motorsports Dyno Tune
The customer also added Corbeau seats, harnesses, and Pfadt Roll Bar to the package.
The car was 100% bone stock when it arrived and baseline numbers were 439 RWHP / 410 RWTQ. 93 octane pump gas numbers were 628 RWHP / 525 RWTQ. MS-109 race gas numbers were 641 RWHP / 535 RWTQ.
This thing is a monster!
On the stock runflats, it would spin hard no matter what in first, rolling into it in second and from a fast roll in 3rd. Time for some sticky tires!
Here is a teaser video...

That is a great improvement. It's just kinda sad to see that a stock LS7 only makes 439 RWHP/410 RWTQ.
It's also nice to see a builder confirm the performance using 2" header runners. There has a been a lot of discussion in the tech sections debating which is better in a 7.0L, 1-7/8" or 2". From your post here, it appears that 2" runners are better as long as done in combination w/ the airflow increases that are realized in head/cam mods.
