No Kit. I built it myself using a truck manifold and stock pass manifold. The turbo is a GT4088R mounted in front of the engine. Stock K member using a special drivers side motor mount.

Even though the turbo is on the smaller side, the car is super responsive and makes decent power at 7-8 psi. I still can turn up the boost to 10-11 psi but the turbo will be out of steam at that point. I have plans to put a larger turbo in, or just compound boost this thing down the road.

For what it does, its a nice street car.

The only realy giveaway with this car is the exhaust sound, which is still quiet, but deep and tons of base (3.5 inch exhaust with cam) and the jet engine sound while driving. Its really really obvious from the sound of it that this car is boosted. The smaller Gt4088R turbo is really responsive and makes boost just accelerating slowly.

I purposely made sure that there was no intercooler sticking out through the front. I like being incognito..well that and the stupid NJ front plate laws.

Some changes in the near future:

1. Recirculate the wastegate
2. Up boost and retune
3. possible horizontal FMIC intercooler (I have one on standby)
4. Rework PCV system to evac through exhaust.

Another pic:

Idle Video on Jackstands after finishing 3.5 inch exhaust.

Just a standard Jeg's **** i pulled out of the catalog. Its thinner and i like how the aluminum ties in with the bezels around the gauges.

I also have a B&M ripper that i cut down and re threaded to reduce the overall height of the shifter.

No plans for the dyno at this time. This turbo would be better suited for a 5.3 though. You'd hit a more efficient part of the compressor map.

I've had this up to 11 psi, but i wasn't monitoring the IAT's. Depending on your setup, i think you'll be happy with a quick spooling turbo this this.

I have a video with my brother in law making some funny uneasy stomach sounds in the car. This turbo makes a flat broad torque curve. I'm happy with it.

Plus..i also designed my setup to be able to be compound charged with a larger rear mount.

It is an air to water intercooler.
