Default Post your pics of 15" wheels with street tires (non Drag Radial)

Anybody have any cars running with 15" wheels in back and street tires that are not drag radials? Post em up!

I did a search and couldn't find anything on it.
Had thought about doing this with a set of wheels I have because the tires are so much cheaper, even if they are allot taller tire

tires are cheaper but they suck, most people are not going to pay for drag wheels and get a tire thats worthless

What kind of tires are we talking about? Passenger car tires? There are plenty of "non-drag radial" combinations out there ... I am putting a setup together right now. Weld RT-S's with Sportsman bias-ply fronts and ET Street/QTP rear's, but I have feeling this thread is about mounting "passenger car" tires on drag wheels.

Also note that some drag wheels are not intended for street use and have been known to come apart from the rigours of street use.

Nah I had actually meant on an Fbody. The wheels I had laying around were a set of summit stars

Summitt Stars would be fine on the street.

I'm wondering what kind size of tires would fit and still look pretty good while not being drag radials that don't last for anything on the street. Was hoping some people would have em and post up.

I wanted to do this as well but didn't want to mess with my brakes, I know with most drag rims you have to grind down the calipers so the rims will fit. I love the looks of our cars with the beefy drag tires and rims. More tire and less rim like back in da day lol but with street tires.
