Thanks all. The filler panel will be fixed, among other things, as the warm months slowly approach. I have a list of OE pieces that I'm fixing:
-Pass side mirror
-Driver & pass side door scrubbers
-Front bumper cover respray
-Rear filler panel decals
-Rear lower bumper respray (Scraped bad, I photoshopped it here)
And so on.
It is so crazy the difference I have with grip on these versus the 245's I had on here when I got the car. My handling improved drastically with the new, wider wheels too (17x9.5" up front and 17x11" in the rear). I highly recommend upgrading if you haven't already! Regarding fitment, BFH mod was not required. However, I will be rolling the fenders with a Louisville Slugger as it does rub sometimes on deeper highway bumps, and when cornering pretty hard:

I have 315 toyo drag radials on a oe c6z06 rim did bfh and cut bump stops flush with the body(because when it was on a lift the rim would get caught). They dont rub or and thing. It picks the front up so it will not rub and have had it sideways around corners. I didnt roll my fenders and dont advose any one to do so.

Bfh is fine but when you roll the fender the paint can crack and wont look that good. You should be able to get by with out rolling the fenders.
