Default Daughters Barbie Jeep...Modded

My daughters Barbie Jeep. I put 2 extra batteries in it, in series with the stock battery. It had 12 volts stock, this took it to 36 volts It went about 10 yards and burnt out the stock motors. I replaced the stock motors with these and rewired back to 12 volts, all batteries in parallel. The thing will fly, thats my son riding shotgun...lol he doesnt know what to think. Crazy women driver..

LOL...I locked her out of fast until she can show me that she can watch where she is going. Like I said in the video she ran into the pool, and my son hit his head on the windshield....he is fine.

You can add 6 volts to the stock electronics. There is a forum dedicated to making power wheels faster. That is awesome and she didn't do bad driving!

Check out http://www.modifiedpowerwheels.com/
And
http://www.squidoo.com/ModYourPowerWheels
Lots of great ideas between the two sites including: voltage conversions, traction aids,
remote kill switches for parents, stronger replacement parts, lights, radio, lifts, painting,
and even turning it into a big remote control car. lol

I went searching a while back because my little girls quad would push the
slippery plastic front wheels forward instead of turning, making it pretty useless.

I did that for my son when he was 3. I drove around and picked up wore out power wheels, and you know most of them still worked just needed cleaning and batteries. At one point we had about 10 of them. My favorite is still the '89 Vette. I normally kept them at 18 volts and he could hit 11 mph. We only had one that would hold up to 24 volts and it's one of the older jeeps with the metal frame.

That's killer. I begged my parents for power wheels when I was a kid, but never got one! I'm going to have to hijack your idea when I have kids lol.
