I'll be racing into October. My buddy has the LS6 kit on his G5X3 car, and it's holding fine. I should be good since I won't have a cam for some time to come.

Spec 3 would be nice, but my wallet isn't allowing it now - not to menion my car isn't even drivable, so I needed something ASAP.

So just out of curiousity does the car still drive?? Will the clutch still engage? How much of a warning do you get before one day it just doesn't grab at all??

Well, I drove it home Sunday night, and it's sat - and will be sitting, until Saturday morning when it makes an hour drive to my buddies shop.

After that incident, the pedal just sank to the floor, and I had to pull it up. Even sitting there revving it caused it to slip severly and start smoking. When I drove it home, and I'd stop and start again, it'd slip really bad and smoke and smell. Accelerating in 5th and 6th caused even more slip.

So it's grabbing, but it's just not too safe to be driving because who knows when it's just going to let me sit.
