Default TR220 112 in a 6.0.

Just thought I'd throw this in the mix. I haven't heard many (any?) TR220 112 soundclips.

That's at 650rpm, HOT, through manifolds ( ), stock cats, and a B&B dual "rear exit" system.

Kind of quiet. How does it run?

It does sound really quiet here... It's really not that quiet in 'real life'. You can't mistake the lope from 50' away.

The mic on my laptop is real shoddy... I have to keep the recording volume way down and stand about 8' away. I had to crank my speaker volume up past 3/4 in order to get it to sound halfway decent on my home computer. I was previously using headphones on my laptop - it sounds very life-like on there (again, when I crank the volume way up). Sorry about that.

Headers are coming - I'll order this week, but I think I need to keep the cats.

I'll try to drop the muffler tomorrow to let you guys hear it open.

Oh yeah - it runs pretty damn good. I lost the smallest amount of power under 1500rpm - I only notice when I'm cruising up a hill, locked up in OD. Other than that, it seems to pull stronger than stock definitey by 3,500. Sounds real nice... gotta work out a few little idling bugs. Believe it or not, the thing would have been driveable on a stock tune with a 500rpm idle. It's that tame in this motor.

I'm having a BIG problem with KR though, and right now it's what's holding me back (besides the headers and wideband tuning and what-not). I get up to 9* at tip-in from a dead stop. I also get it out on the road, fooling around with that stop-light to stop-light stuff. (I haven't done any serious WOT runs).

I don't know what to think though... I didn't see anything like this before the swap.
