I'd invest most of it in mutual funds and then use the other half to buy a house and mod my WS6 just like Harlan's and smoke that Enzo on the track

Well...the C5 LPE 427TT last time I checked had 725hp 730lbtq and is $49,995. Throw on the C5 body kit for another $25,350 for that high speed stability. I think you can get close enough to those numbers for my liking.

97'RS6-BucketTurd,
The phenomenon refered to as 'the hand of God' is when you reach your aerodynamic limits and no matter how much power you have you will not go any faster. That is the reason the back wheel of a turbo busa is doing a burnout at 250 miles an hour at Bonneville and prolly why the Y2k was spinning the back tire at 180. How fun would that be?!

I even like the new Ford GT 10 000 X better for looks.
The difference is that the person driving the Enzo has the car AND a Super pimping house.

That damn Enzo is SWEET! I don't care what the cost is, I would love to have one. Straight line acceleration isn't the only thing that matters (although it is important). The Ferrari Enzo is the total package of the auto world.

1997 McLaren F1: V-12: ****N/A****(naturally aspirated), 660hp
HP rating taken from dyno tests in American during Road & Tracks (the magazine) testing reviews.
Top speed:241.4 mph
0 - ¼ mile: 11.6 seconds

2002 Bugatti EB Veyron W-16/4: 4 more cylinders, 4 turbos, *341 more hp.
*Actually it's less. The car produces 1001hp on the European ECE horsepower scale.
That would be 987hp on the American-SAE net horsepower scale. Making it *327 more hp.
(don't ask me what's different because i don't know)

Top speed: 252.3 mph
0 - ¼ mile:I don't know where u heard 8 in the ¼ mile.
I couldn't manage to find any websites with a posted ¼ time.
(i searched through 6 sites)
So if u remember where u saw that time at i'd like to see it.
*The 1999 EB Veyron W-18/4 ran an 11.8 1/4 mile. (from Bugatti)*

Verdict:Only 10.9mph faster = Sad.

Claiming is one thing, facts are another.
By the way, i claim that my car is the fastest in the world, i can bench 1,000lbs, and i'll be moving into the playboy mansion in 3 days. Bunnys come with the mansion. I'll keep u guys posted on the party.

And before i get hosed for flamming, i'm not. I'm just posting the facts.

Hey that's when u sit up and celebrate ehh?
I gotcha, i was just taking the "amount of speed for the money" view of it in the realm of streetable vehicles. Anything above that is jet powered and insane.
Like: "1,228kph/763.055mph, Thrust SSC breaks the world land speed record with two Rolls Royce jet engines, producing a combined total of 100,000lbs of thrust force.
During its record-breaking run, Thrust SSC accelerated to 965.6kph/600mph in just 16 seconds. It smashed the record in style by becoming the first car to break the sound barrier." *from speed101.com*

Damn...right in my own back yard. I wonder if it belongs to the guy that owns "Lazy Day RVs" He lives off of Bayshore. However, he wrecked his enzo just 2 weeks after they hit the us shores. Sadly it was only a Single vehicle accident. Meaning, on a straight road, he managed to wreck it himself.

Default Koenig

As if being the fastest production car on earth wasn't enough(Road & Track Jul 03), yes quicker than the MClaren F1 and Saleen S7. 0-60: Enzo-3.28, MClaren-3.4, Saleen-3.3. 1/4 Mile: Enzo-11.1, MClaren-11.6, and Saleen-11.8. Anywho, has anyone heard of Koenig? Wait until they get a hold of an Enzo. Look at what they did for the F50, from 513hp to 828hp and 347tq to 587tq and from 3.7 0-60 to 3.0 0-60. Slap a couple of turbos on that Piece of Art and imagine that type of performance increase. Then we can put all these comparisons to rest. My point is, you can slap some stuff on your car and make it faster than this and quicker than that. But, it's still not an Enzo. Be proud of your ride, drive the doo doo out of it, and if you can afford it, buy whatever you want. As for me, if I had the money, I would have, first, a Koenig F50, next an Enzo, then a C6, C6 Z06, Z06, C5, 02 Viper GTS, couple of FBodies, then Mod the poo out of my car, a complete rebuild. If! I had the money. Wow I wonder how much that would cost me. I'll let you know if I win the lottery.

Payments?

People that buy an Enzo don't make payments.

That is one sweet car. It looks like nothing else you will ever see. I would still rather have 1 Mclaren F1's. Those cars are the ultimate supercar and It will be many years before anyone takes that title from them. With all respect to the Enzo it really didn't seem to have that much of a take off from 70 or whatever. I mean it did move out but nothing like Harlans car. I know it handles a lot better I'm just saying. If I couldn't get a Mclaren F1 I would probably get a z06 mod the hell out of it and have a super fast bad *** car.
