There is no LS1 in that vid... I demand it be taken down. Waaahhh!!
- Your gonna compare a SVT Cobra to an SRT-4
- The Yellow SRT-4 was Super Steve and was pushing WELL OVER 500HP and popped the motor twice running 41 lbs of boost shooting for 600+ HP
- The ONLY thing to SRT-4 has in common with the Neon is the body panels and frame. What about the forged pistons, iron block, etc.. Hell even Hot Rod Magazine called it a mini muscle car
- The guy missed a few gears at the track. (I am sure all you pros here, have never done that)
- The last car in the vid was not even an SRT-4
- Anyone that says they beat 03-04 Cobras in their SRT-4 is smoking crack (unless they have an assload of money in it)
- The fastest LS1 on the planet runs 8's and so does the the SRT-4
That being said... I still found it funny! (even though it was a repost) It just kills stock GT drivers (they made the vid) that a stock SRT can take them from a roll.

God forbid I post a video of a fast Neon as I get called a troll and calls for a ban. Are you that blind as to not to be able to see a problem with that?

Not lock-worthy just because it isn't LS1 related. But it can gain lock status if people continue to argue for no reason.

I think somebody was threatened by a little skittle and made this vid. Nobody makes video's about hondas being slow because the kids taking vids of them racing prove that they are slow.
Hell, i bet for a $22K total investment on the srt4 you could walk a stock c6 with it. But I also understand that when it sits in the driveway at night it's still a neon. I can appreciate a car that can be made fast cheap.
BTW Don't take my post as an agreement between myself and Debian Dog. Anyone who thinks that a srt-4 is in the 8 second zone is a retarded little *** monkey.

Can that thing even be called a neon? it's more like...a full tube chassis with an engine similar in looks to an SRT-4 engine, with a 'neon' shell.

just to throw in my $.02 i have all sorts of respect for hondas and SRT-4's. Hondas only when about 15K or so is dropped into em because i know a kid that has one and lemme tell you there is no cammed, LT, full exhaust and bolt on car he has lost to yet....if you want proof go to this link and see it for yourself....

the second link on that page is the honda making 390FWHP on pump and a MTI C1 cammed and LT full exhaust car..(the single exhaust is part of his set up) it also has the LS6 intake and some other stuff done to it. there are also vids of the honda taking down some supras. Enjoy boys...

Sure I respect any car with a turbo. But look at the money you have to put in one to make it comparable to a modded LS1.
