What are the details on those rims? are they just powdercoated or the CE rims?

Thanks , the tint is probably next , but a drop will be when i get bigger rims...

The rims , I painted them myself ... taped of the lip and did it.

Do you guys really think its 4x4? I mean, its on 16" stock rims... either way, i'm still planning on dropping it soon.
