I dont think that it has been posted yet, its an awesome video, I watched it at bigboys.com the other day. Its amazing to watch.

Awesom vid. I always wanted to join the Air Force or Navy but never did, wussed out and went to college. I wish I had done the first.

Anybody else notice at 1:18 in the video he dropped a bomb? Was he working or just having fun?

What he dropped might have been an external fuel pod.....They do drop them after they are empty......
But that was a nice video....Thanks..

In all likelyhood it was a bomb. Looked like a 500lb Mk82 to me. They do have those "for training", but the USAF doesn't use those for training. Not sure what the Navy uses for bomb training. We use the smoke bombs that drop like the real thing. They're a little over a foot long and weigh under 10lbs, smoke comes from a cartridge that looks like a shotgun shell.

One way to tell for sure is to look around the nose. A live bomb will always have a yellow or red ring within 6 inches of the front.
