the problem is the evo can put down 640whp, how is anyone going to put down well over that just to beat the evo on the streets? Not gonna happen with a street car, maybe on some slicks from a high roll, but if you notice every one of his vids are froma 40 or so roll...he knows better. I think its safe to say he is not going down to anyone anytime soon. However there is a big meet in orlando this weekend at the place i had my dsm dynoed last week...there are some 130+mph dsms showing up with one of them supposedly already lined up to run the evo...maybe he will be going down this weekend consodering this should be his best competition yet

that sucks, yeah the guys in orlando supposedly had him set up to run one of 2 of the fastest dsms in fla...oh well that sucks...id run him but im untuned and i only put down 458/441, compared to his 600+. as of now im still out of his league for at least another month, until i get the link, my meth kit and some cams, then up the boost and shoot for 600. I guess well see, i love his car and all but the only thing better then seeing him go down to an ls1 would be seing him go down to a dsm

and with a race on the street, his AWD is a big advantage

Get him to come up the coast and we'll smoke 'em with a full interior street f-body . We're probably be talking busses, not car lengths.
We could arrange so the car is driven to the track , hell, even will go through McDonalds drive through and order without shutting it off, on the way to the track/location.

Not starting anything but if you have to go thru such lengths to prove that its streetable then chances are that just based of of looks its streetability is questionable. I might be wrong but I THINK what the thread starter is looking for is a car that is in the same category as the EVO. i.e looks completely and sound completly stock, but packs a punch.

you have to understand they dont do so hot at the track due to their drivetrain.. they are not strong esp w/ that much power...hence probably why he bogs...
it is a bad *** ride, and that turbo shows its power from a roll...
of course the cars above are GW's due to the fact that they out power the car...but give the dude some credit...plus i hear the owner of the evo is loaded
