I don't know why, but for some reason my car keeps up w/ cars I should not be keeping up with. My friend has a black 2001 WS6 w/ the thunder 224/224 cam, and headers, and from a 50 punch, we are dead even till 130mph. I was also dead even w/ another 2000SS that ran a 12.20. Mabye because I'm shifting faster, I don't know. I had my car on the scale and it weighed 3330. ask anyone on tcstangs or mnfbody, and they'll tell you my car was a freak. I wish I wouldn't have had to sell it.

i dont have a clue, it doesn't make sense to me. i keep up w/ most headers and cam ls1 cars around here, and even JonnyZ28 from ls2.com when he was putting down 397rwhp w/ Speed Inc's cam, he only pulled 1.5 cars on me till we shut down around 120

nope, i put a factory order in for the car and picked it up in june of 01 with 5 miles on the od. I beat the hell out of it from the lot and it never burned oil or had any engine issues. the times in the sig were when it had about 1500 miles on the car and it was about 80 degrees out. the track elevation was around 1000 ft above sea level.
