the building is almost done about 3-4 things left to do here are some current pictures.

the lights have to be wired in, AC ducts ran, ceiling tiles put in, and maybe add another coat of paint to the floor. Were almost done hopefully some time next month.

Also here are some pictures of my new rims in our garage at the house.

Having a subcontractor do your drive out of concrete would cost about $4-4.50 per square foot since you're in FL. That should include all of the subgrade prep, formwork, and finishing.

there doing construction on the main road so we going to have them pave the dirt road at least to the house. Its about 200-250 yards and about 25-30 feet wide all the way back to the shop.

When I move out I will definitely have a garage or just leave the SS at my parents in the building since it wont be my daily driver after next year.

Here are some pictures of how the building sits right now

All we have left is to install the tiles and insulation on top of that and then we may put another coat on the floor. Then we can move in all my Dads stuff that has been sitting outside for a few months. We may finish it this weekend unless I go to Jacksonville to get my car tuned.

We got a little more done on the building all the air lines are ran so now we just have to figure out the ceiling around the A/C and coat the floor. We also have to put a roof on the backside to cover the Compressor, dust collector, A/C unit, and mower.

Then today we came up with the idea to extend the roof out from the front 20 more feet. Enclose the overhang to store the Camaro and our two trucks we will be getting next year. The list never ends when we do finally decide this shop is done its time to finish the remodel on the house moms still not happy about that.

well its been two months since i last posted pictures and well not much has changed inside. We have got some work done on the room on teh ack side to hold the cmpressor and dust collector.

so nothing really new thats what happens when your never home projects just take longer and longer. We did have all my Aunts stuff from her move in there and that took up most of the shop. Finally got that out of there today so the camaro is back in there.
