vipers are love hate. I dont think the sound of that motor will ever grow on me.

btw I think this is the fastest "boost only" irs 6-spd.

Yep, and there is a guy in Louisville that has challenged him to a dead-dig street race, but he won't take it. He wants to go from a roll or race at the track. This never-to-be street race has gotten a LOT of popularity on the local boards.

With 522 CI of displacement there is no time to let the turbo spool. THese cars are making full boost by 2800 rpm and keep on rolling, never stop. This run was a preliminary shakedown run geting ready for the V10 Nats at Brandenton this month. UGR has been trying real hard to steal the title from Heffner's as the top dog so they are no going to release they're **** for everyone to see. Trust me, there is plenty more to come and 8's wont be in the picture.

and as far as the viper reaching full boost by 2800 rpm. i don't doubt it..but they are building boost 3 more times during the run. u can tell just by listening to it. it just doesn't take near as long as a supra would.
