That is Mike Yedgarian. Races NSCA Super Street class. At the time of that vid, im pretty sure it was 565 ci bbc with nitrous. Might be 600 plus now. He was the first Super Street car to go 200mph this past summer also. The car caught fire also and he had to redo most of it, its now yellow in color.
