Dont even talk about putting race gas in and upping the boost to around 28. I know both cars, see my sig for my old car. I now have a 2004 SRT4 with a .50 trim and know what they can do. Mine isnt even tuned properly and ran door to door with a Z06 on the highway on only 18 psi. You guys really dont know what you are talking about.
I've been trying!!!
You're an SRT-4 guy, am I wrong somewhere?

And when I was talking about 3600 lb. F-body's, I was talking about 500+ rwhp F-body's that are boosted. No offense, you're just a cam only car... no big deal, according to your sig. I would HOPE it doesn't weigh that much. You have everything your car came with... of course.
Why don't you add a blower/turbo and a 12-bolt rear end? Yeah, I'll see what your car weighs like, then.
Now let's do some math because you don't seem to get it. YES, I AGREE, a 230 fwhp SRT-4 will be walked by a 300 rwhp LS1. AHHH... NOW, add 200 rwhp to the LS1 and the same to an SRT-4.
SRT-4= 430 fwhp
LS1 F-body=500 rwhp
Guess what... THE SRT-4 WALKS THE LS1, now!
Do you think the 200 or 150 or WHATEVER whp difference will benefit and impact the performance of each car the same (remember the weight of each car)? No, I don't think so. I race compacts all the time. ****, that's all there is around here.
