I don't know guys, this is really not that impressive, our 418 iron block engine produces 630HP and 584TQ and with a flat as a board power curve with over 500 at 3K and is still hydraulic cammed and can drive daily easily. Believe it or not this is with factory casting heads! I would like to know roughly what the cam specs are and the compression ratio, those things if they are smallish would make it impressive. I know Katech knows their stuff so I would guess this is a mild build to say the least!

What fuel are you using during that pull, I have a feeling LG was running his on high test, we have seen a big gain in the LS series engine with just a little more octane. A 2002 Zo6 we tuned made 380RWHP (SAE) in STOCK configuration (minus mufflers) down to the paper filter! He went out and cleaned house in his road racing class!
