I've driven both and im just saying i think the LS1 is alot better that the LT1. Not saying there not fast, but if you want to compare the two the LS1 is better.

Umm duh... we all know the LS1 is superior. It is new technology and will always be better. The whole point of showing this thread is that not all LT1's are slow and they can be made fast. Give us a break.

apples and oranges. how old is that bandit, how old is the ls1, or ls7. It is new technology and it is almost always better.

My car is a good compromise of street/track. i like to drive on the streets still(not race) It has all the goodies but is meant to hold big spray but I do not push it, yet!

Thats one Baddass car.And as far as the LS1 LT1 debate you cant compare a 15 degree head to a 23 degree head.Yes LS1's are superior due to the technology but i like being a underdog as well.

Its pointless to say a certain car is faster than another. You can make just about anything with wheels fast. Instead of saying the lt1 is faster, just say it can be much more difficult to get good power as compared to the ls1. Dont know too much $hit about any of this, I just like fast cars period, and its much more difficult to get good power out of an LT1. Props to you ou812 especially for running 9's n/a w/a lt1. Hell, props to anyone who can run 9's, thats fast as $hit and will whoop my *** anytime soon.
