I beg to differ. I have raced '03 cobras that were making more power than me but i still beat them... and the main reason why is cause of my weight advantage. Same with the z28... i make more power than him but yet he was right there with me.

As for the way the camaro looks... i believe he bought the car that way. Its not my style and i really dont think its his style either but they were light weight and he decided to put money else where. Either way he sold the z28 a few weeks ago.

weight may be part of the reason, but a cammed car(in most cases) will take a blown car because the power comes in earlier for the cammed car, as the blown car has to get up in rpms before it makes peak power. This is a reason that cammed, or h/c LS1's will beat Cobras with a little more power.

I make peak hp at 6500rpms and peak tq at 5000rpms
From a roll it wouldnt matter cause when you take off your going to be already in your power range. From a dig it would matter more as to who made there power first.

Very true. An 03-04 cobra's under the curve power puts our cars to shame . Especially the torque curve; almost pancake flat the whole range. Search for unit's dyno post for evidence.
