It does sound different, but yeah....doesn't sound like ANY other "classic muscle" V8....it's got its own tone. I think most people love it or hate it. I didn't think I'd like it at first, but it grew on me QUICK. I really like the sound of the car....it's almost an "exotic V8" sound. And definitely sounds better in person than on tape. I know even when people would record my car back when it was stock, I thought it sounded like CRAP compared to how it sounds in person.

TO me personally I think a big ole' exhaust system would really make it sound good.
Not that I would complain for 1 second if I had any kind of z06. Sweet car man.
