Re: Turbo Hayabusa----> INSANE!
I'm guessing you just don't see the humor in our post. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> LIGHTEN UP!! <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
If the match was struck with 181psi in the cylinder people further than 15ft. away better watch out. <--- Joking again <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_images/icons/tongue.gif" />

Lapeer Dragway, a guy comes in from Ohio (I think Cincinatti) with a customer's bike: a stroked TURBO Hayabusa.
No drag tire, no wheelie bar, no extended swingarm, etc. He was light on the throttle in all gears, wheelie'd through the quarter speed traps!!!! and went low 9's at just under 170! While Lapeer tends to read a bit fast, it was flat nuts! My buddies and I only bummed that we did not have a video camera.
As a former racer of a FZR1000 Yamaha worked over a bit (high 9's), I thought I used to be a real nutcase on my bike 'til I saw that...and he did it at the crappiest track in Michigan that I know of.
Take care.

Re: Turbo Hayabusa----> INSANE!
A few years ago I saw a new Busa owner get coached from a 10.7 to a 9.90 in five passes at GLD. I think it trapped close to 140mph. I believe the bike was stock. He had to be coached to get more weight over the gas tank otherwise he'd pop the front end up on every shift.
