Yeah its pretty easy once you get the hang of it just watch out for turning cars black and keeping it so they look real its a bitch, well it is right now at least

it also looks like you just copy pasted his grill though should look through all the filters to make it look more cartoony like mine. Did you just make a new layer over the lights and wheels paint it black and turn the opacity down? If so you should try masking them then desaturating them, then mess with the levels (Image < adjustments < levels)to get it to keep all the details. I used the color burn tool to get the chrome. Just try different stuff to get different things dont always go with the conventional way there may be tools or options you can do to make things actually look real or just really cool.

I didnt make any layers, I just used one of the lasso tools and outlined what i wanted colored then changed the hue/brightness and what not to get the color I wanted. And for the grill ya i just cut and pasted and warped it some Im not to good at all that yet ive only had photoshop for a few days now but im learning thanks for the tips!

ls1lover, it was actually just a picture I had on my computer thought it would look cool with it. there are soooo many sites that you can get render and backgrounds off of also alot of different brushes and stuff to make your own backgrounds

Thanks SSmokin99
