It's the same deal w/ the honda guys as it is the stang guys.....it has to be posted and talked about highly because it is not common place for that to happen. Same as when a civic beats a LS1, it's spreads fasted than courtny loves legs. C'mon, for every 1 mustang beating an LS1 video there is, there are 20 LS1 whooping stang vids. The kid was just overly exited and had a breif glimmer of hope......let it be his x-mas gift.

I, by all means, am not a ford hater...but I was recently at the track in my car, which was completly stock at the time, and on my first run got a 13.36. On my second run, I ran a guy in an 06 Stang with exhaust and tuning. I missed second gear, ran a 13.82, and still beat the mustang. Gotta love that LS1

well hell tht just dont seem right to me cause i ran a new gt on the high way and killed him i had no spray luckaly for him cause i would have sprayed his face off....we went from like a 60 roll cause he wouldnt slow down to my sweet spot but none the less he got whipped...

Yeaaaaahhh..I was at BeechBend over the summer and this guy had a brand new GT mustang with turbo kit.....quickest time he cut was like a 11.9 I think. But otherwise he did a high 12.

LOL, I wish I was there to chime in, but ls1 guys can't take the trash talk that they dish out much like they can't take losing since they've been spoiled for years. Those guys were fun though. They just had Unit to protect them when their panties got bunched up. They crack me up how they talk about traps and stuff to avoid what happened. The camaro got beat convincingly, end of story, lol. It can and does happen. Then we've gotta hear the "Under perfect conditions" or "With equal drivers" or "Some guy ran a 12.6 in somewhere, USA" speech". Bottom line is if a camaro thinks he can take some Stangs lightly, they will be surprised because not all of us fear them. They've made the LS1 a major target for me. I'm 2-1 against them so far. I'll be ready to run almost anything come this summer though. The cash is ready now. I can't wait. I will post plenty of Camaro kills this spring/summer. I'll post some Camaro deaths too. At least I can admit it. I just wish a lot of those guys would be here this summer. Anyway, I see they are still the same. Make sure you tell em I

Everyone knows any car can be modified enough to beat another car.
All you have to know is What does a STOCK LS1 run in the 1/4, and what does a STOCK 05/06 stang run in the quarter.
Ford still hasn't done it N/A.

i have my ws6 so don't start attacking me, I bought my wife a black 05 mustang GT 5speed auto. Its a good riding car with no plans of trying to mod the crap out of it or anything. Its just her nice driver she can cruise around in. I ran it at the track a few weeks back, best pass out of 3 runs was a 13.81@99.97mph (bone stock down to the air filter and factory tires. I was pleased with that, we just want to do apperance mods and make it look neat.
I think a lot of it is driver related as well, I have seen countless times guys with new gt mustangs bring their cars to the track and bust off a big 14.50 b/c they have no idea what they are doing.

oohh i almost forgot....you need to research that video before you start hating. That mustang had a 2JZ swap with exhaust whistlers and enough NAWZ to blow the welds on the intake...so of course it outran that LS1

i guess im that some guy in the us running 12.6. ran it with crappy headers, lid and bfg's not stock but comparable to a 06 gt with bolt ons.
