So your saying having more weight in the front is ideal for racing??? What about aerodynamics, gearing and power under the curve? You said you would like to race a Z06 with similar HP, stock Z06's have run low 11's @ 125+mph with about 450rwhp from the factory. What has your 350Z run?

My best time was a 12.2 at 119mph. That was with the stock exhaust. My car is currently in the shop right now, but I should have it back within 2 weeks. Its having the longblock built along with a larger twin turbo kit. I'm hopeing for 700rwhp with 18-20psi.

lol now your just lying, no one said anything about a stock Cobra beating a 450rwhp 350Z or a 450rwhp anything for that matter.

So with similar HP as a z06 you aren't nearly as quick or as fast. Okay.

Both of those are GOOD things, if anything, not bad.
How can you compare. Is Jdpower lying, as well as other mainstreem magazines. Why is it that 75% of famlies have an import vehichle in there driveway? Why is it that Toyota surpassed Chrysler as the number 3 Automaker in the US? Why is it that Toyota is on the verge of bring the number one car manufactor in the world. Why is it that Honda/Acura, Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes, BMW all rank higher in owner satisfaction?
So because some Japanese/European cars sell better than American cars in America (according to what your saying) that automatically makes all of them better?
Did you ever bother to looking into why Ford and Chevy are doing so bad right now? Its all the union vs companies bullcrap going on right now.

Why is it that Chevy teamed up with Toyota to help them build back there reputation?
When was this?

I mean think about it. What cars do American companies have that can compare with the likes of:

Import:

M3, M5,325(twin turbo) Audi RS4/RS8/S4, Mercedes(all of them), Ferrari, Lambo, Porshe, Lexus, etc...

Domestic

Malibou, Ford 500, Lincoln, Cadillac, Buick
This very quote right here proves it, you either have a mental problem or are just plain stupid.

M3/RS4 -> CTS-V/300C SRT8
M5 -> STS-V
Porsche Cayman/911 -> Viper/Corvette
Ferrari 430/599 Lambo Gallardo-> Viper/Corvette
High end Ferrari/Lambo -> Saleen S7, Mosler MT900

Not trying to be funny, but hey you really cant compare. What cars do Americans have that surpass the Camry,Accord and other number one selling cars for the last 10-15 years. There hasnt been one since the Taurus for christ sake. If it werent for the trucks that Ford and Chevy make, they would be in some serious ****.
For one, sales really dont tell you how "good" a car is. The Ford F-series trucks have been the best sellers for quite some time, does that mean they are the best car you can buy?

I only ran the car twice at the track. Didnt have a helmet or roll cage, so I was unable to get the feel for the track. This was not done on 469rwhp, just the 416rwhp. So actually I would need a 50-60hp increase from 416 to have the rwhp equality of the Z06. I do agree that the Z06 would most likely be a tad bit faster, since I would think I would only run 123-125traps.

Ive given you reasons as to why torque as a number is useless. I'm not going to go into this debate anymore, if you have questions:

you can look here!

Hp/L has its advantages!

so a 4th gen f-bod with 300rwhp and 300rwtq will run the same as a 4th gen f-bod with 300rwhp and 400rwtq?

Why is an LS1 so much faster than an LT1 and L98 despite haveing the same displacement and torque ratings?

Read what I wrote on the link I posted!

LOL! That really wasn't a GT, it was a V6! That's pretty sad that they tried to get everyone to believe it was a GT.

See your still on the same page here, close the damn book and open your eyes, this is reality! Peak numbers (BOTH torque and horsepower) do NOT tell the whole story!
Hp/L has its advantages!
Like?
Here in the real world, there are things like weight, physical size and cost that actually matter, the distance the piston travels is pretty meaningless, as is comparing it to peak power.

HAHA oh god. HP is a measurement of torque genius. I guess power under the curve is useless too, since it doesn't change the outcome when racing from a high mph roll. Just put the largest turbo you can man, it will spool up at 5,500rpms and you can just brake boost and race people from a 70mph roll.

Meanwhile the car that makes power throughout the entire power band is 5000X more enjoyable to drive. Lambo, and Ferrari are stupid for using 5.0L+ 12 cylinder motors; they should be using V6s with huge turbos. Linear power band? That's useless.
