The Gremlin wrecks 'em all....

I saw one like that on Speedvision a few years ago. Some guy in an AMC Spirit busted their asses.

Found it! This is a crappy video, but he almost dumped it like 5 times but didn't.....

Ya but that thing is made only for the purpose of doing wheelies.. Those cars are actual door slammers. They race all weekend then the last thing they do on Sunday is the wheelie contest. They take off the wheelie bars and just let it eat.. I go every year, one of the best events ever!! Last year the Orange 69 that was in that vid won. He did a 530ft wheelie i believe. He is in that vid but llets off, had he kept in it im sure he would have had the same results as this year (2006). The little gremlin is nasty for sure too. His goal is to flip it over backwars llol as u can see in that vid he is at about 12 oclock on his first try. It is held every year at Byron dragway, usually in the fall.

The launches are the best part of any drag race. Grandma can do a smokin' burnout in her Cadilac AND drive it in a straight line ... BUT .. she can't do a wheelie!

i saw the gremlin at the grove when we had a wheelie contest...that thing is sick up close!! esp when your just about right nest to it when it takes off!!
