As far as the customer, I'm sure he's quite well off to have even considered such a venture. I'd also put money on the table that this was a business expense. This LS7 Firehawk can, and most likely will be a great marketing/advertising tool. He spent some money to have the toy he really wants and it's just another tool for him to make more money with.
Probably could get another 10-15rwhp by replacing the stock air box. What I love about my LS7 is that it makes great power and run smooth without a big lumpy camp and sh*t in there
SMOKKINU, your comments expose your ignorance. I would remove your attempt at bashing, but they are actually strengthening the perceived level of customer support offered by Livernois.
Great Sig Pic!
Great work by the installers.. nice and clean.
Someone said alot of people won't know the difference, and I say MOST people won't be able to tell if its an LS1/LS7 unless they are familiar with Fbodies.
Ive always wanted to drop an LS2 into my car, 400hp/400tq and LSx topend for $5400
,Not just for power, but to have a brand new motor with 0K miles...
but how much would it cost to fabricate and install the motor is what holds me back.... that and I would have to sell my Quadzilla 500R and Arctic Cat sled if I wanted to do it right now...
gotta have my toys! That would be priceless to race people and tell them its an LT1... then tell them the real story after...of course...
