its not official, they ahvent even really tested that car. its like that other monstrocity, that damn brabus TKR or whatever it is that eighs like 2200lbs and ahs suppsoedly 1200hp and does 0-60 in 1.7 seconds

it has been dethroned by us lol the car is called the aero scc and it has two corvette engines in it ls1 or ls6 one of them and goes 275mph with the manual option and it gets great gas mileage

 

the ccx is fricken sick, plus the motor is based off a LSx IIRC.

 

the ccx was based off a cobra motor, or at least the CCR was

im a die hard veyron fan, even if a car is faster than it, how many 4200lb Grand Touring cars can do 0-60 in 2.6 and top 252mph and have that nice of an interior with superior street manners?

none that I know of!

 

but where can you do 252 mph? i'd honestly rather have the vette, i've never been into "exotic" cars, and if I were to buy one, i'd get the Callaway C16, a vette in disguise with a boosted 6.2L...

 

where can you do standing mile runs and all that stuff at?
you cant do it on the street legally either, and theres not many tracks for that as well

 

yeah but the TT 427 has like a low 2 second 0-60(I think its like 1.9 on DRs) as well, its a 9 second car on DRs... wouldn't exactly call it "slow" and its in the neighborhood of $165,000, a lot less than any of the "supercars"... You could have it, a yacht, a Ferrari, and several other toys before you'd even pay for the front tire of a Veyron...
