The only thing I would recommend would be to lighten up just a touch on the curves/contrast adjustments as its crushing some of the blacks (I think thats why I like #3 the best, look at the tires, they're more realistic looking in #3 versus just being obsidian black in the first two). You could also ease up just a touch on the sharpening but you didn't go too far overboard, it would just a little more realistic with a little less. Your composition is pretty good, just some very small tweaking on the rule of thirds to slightly improve but really you nailed that part of it. The only other thing I'd recommend would be to adjust your white balance. If you shot with the camera on cloudy white balance it would boost the reds and yellows a bit and remove that but its really something you have to check everytime you shoot in different light. If you look at the wall and especially the asphalt there is a blue tint over the entire photograph. If you go into your Color Balance adjustment and take the slider related to blue and slide it away from the blue (should add more yellow into the photograph) it should fix that up easily. Here is a very quick job I decided to do to see if I could do anything and on these particular pics it was a little tough to make the minor changes and still preserve the quality but it was just a quick test to see if I could get the blue cast out real fast. I did the Color Balance adjustment and it did little so I had to go in on Selective Color and dial back Cyan and Blue and dial up black on both the cyan and blue channels. I got very little out without destroying the quality of the picture but I did do a few other things real quick like running a quick noise filter through and adjusting the curve a bit...

All that aside they're nice especially from a point and shoot. A dSLR and a little more experience and you'll be turning out some truly jawdropping photos man.

I agree on the sharpening. First one is worse than the others.
I like the second shot the best. Nice stuff!!
