nice camera angles, your drifting could use some work but it's not a bad beginning. I'd recommend that you go to some events and practice on pavement. Get some free used tires and have fun - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jIJni8DfFoQ

i don't know how big the stock injectors are on the stock 3.8's. i do know that i've seen a simple t04e max out stock injectors though @15psi and making just shy of about 360ish and 400rwtq. the turbo 3.8's are definately torquey motors. i was just curious to your results as the 35r was going to be my turbo of choice if i did a turbo 6. i'm more then likely doing an lsX build though.

Lol....

You "fool" the MAF into thinking that your pushing more air, then you actually are...and that will set you up for a In the ball park AFR...

All you do is you turn the frequency all the way up...

Then you go into the MAF Airflow vs. output frequency

starting at 11000hz, up to 11500...add 1lb/min to each. Then you smoothen the selction out. You can dial in your AFR by messing around with the last few Hz on this graph...On the stock MAF, its maxed out at 36lb/min. After that, you hafto "fool" the MAF into how much air your pushing. Me and several other guys have had very good luck doing this...

for example...

@ 11500hz, i have mine set at 48lb/min. Am I really pushing this? Im not sure...but I got it close enough to dial my AFR in real good. Im on 15psi with a T72 so 48lb's is prolly pretty accurate. Also, I have LS1 48lb injectors, and im not maxing them yet. I also have my stock MAF sensor.

Sorry, "drifting" is done on pavement to create high speed smoky flybys and dramatic angles... Try that.

What you're doing is powersliding through turns on dirt roads for fun, or, dare I say it, RWD rally racing. Looks like fun, no doubt... But why call it drifting? Go to a local drifting event and you'll see the difference... That's drifting.

It would be like calling a roll race (which I do OFTEN; I'm not knockin' it) a "drag race."

What does "turn the frequency all the way up"? Does that mean your using a maf translator to keep it from hitting 11500hz?

What you see in the video of mine is when the MAF hits 11500hz, or 38lbs of air, it halves the injector pulse width. Its does that No matter what you change the maf table to show 38 or 48....

I must misunderstand you, because what you describing wouldn't affect the problem at all. It would still cut when it hit 11,500hz

ok this is exactly what your gonna do....if your using HP tuners. Im reading this right off my laptop...

Go to Engine Diagnostics > Airflow > MAF sensor

Set it to MAF Fail High...then in the box to the right, replace the current 11500hz to 20000hz. Your MAF sensor will never hit 20000hz. The whole point, is to fool it....this setting is too high for the MAF to ever fail, so there for you will never cut your injector duty cycle inhalf anymore...

No go to town with Tuning the MAF Airflow. Its all pretty simple actually.

Thanks for breaking it down for me. I'm a little rusty on HPtuners I haven't used it on my turbo car since mid 2005. Good to know people are still advancing the v6 side of the house. Can't wait to get back, and get it out of storage (Jan 09)

I was looking at your site, I can't tell are your headers log style, or individual tube? Sweet setup BTW.
