I decided to download the December car pack for Forza 2 Motorsports only because it had a TA in it. Glad I did, it looks awesome in game. It's nice to see the TA finally get some love from racing games, but what I'd really like to see next are some more 4th gens!

Yeah 4th Gens only make it into the Gran Turismo Games and even then it's just the Camaro. No Trans Ams.

Haha, I have that car as well except mine is white. Did you do the LS7 swap and full engine mods? There's a 4th Gen TA on Need For Speed High Stakes and I've heard that it's also in Juiced.

 

That's something I suppose, it's just a shame it's only the arcaders.

There are 4th gens in Forza 2 as well. You can get a 2002 SS and even the 35th LE SS that's a special car only available in the auction area from Turn 10. They usually sell for over $3million credits though.

If you all remember Nascar Heat from the mid 90's, this Muscle Car mod was made for it called VTA. I took some video of me sliding my TA around.

It does suck theres no 4th gen. bird, but i guess the designers wanted to give other cars a chance. Would be pretty cool to play on Live with a bunch of people with 4th gen birds.

how do you download car packs?

 

I saw a car list for Gran Turismo and 4th Gen Trans Ams are on the car list, unfortunately I think they are going to have to be bought online and can't be won.

 

I can't count how many lists I've seen for past GTs that had the 4th Gen. Trans Am listed in it, but of course they're never actually in the games. I guess they need to save car slots for more badass cars like the Vitz and the Vibe.

Wouldn't you need the december car pack too even if I were to sell it to you? I'll try to send one to you in game for free. I can buy em at 40% discount

edit: yeah tried to send it to you, but it said "can't gift an exclusive car"

From the xbox dashboard go to game store > more > game addons > all game addons. Then just find Forza 2 in the list and the december pack should be there. Costs 400 points though.
