More then often its the case, there are people on here were thats the case, a18 year old with a Viper and others that will admit the parents bought them.
Some work hard ubut if someone under say 25 pulls up in a Lambo or something I would find it hard to beleive they paid it with their own money but some people get lucky after working hard in college.

I knew a guy that was doing very well in realestate...... then was busted for huge realestate fraud.......
Guess he would rent a house then sell it and the renters would be booted out on the street........
