i love supras and i LOVE camaros. but supras are over rated and way to EXPENSIVE where i live. a 408 with some boost around here would dominate anything. i beat a lot of people around here and all i have is a measily 500rwhp Z28 with an STS **** kit and cam

thats it im now conviced the smaller the motor the more horsepower you can get because the back flowed pressure from the brake booster adds double the spool time thus causing the injectors to ignite faster which causes more comperssion and that gets you way more horsepower FROM A ROLL.. guys we have all missed it for this many years.... how could we be so dumb?!?!?
A Honda that reaches full boost at 4000-45000rpms, but spins to 8500-9000+rpm has a better curve than a V8 that starts from 3000-6500rpm.
I guess a C6 Z06 would never be able to outrun a 1994 V12 Jaguar. To many cylinders
Or a C6 Z06 would never be able to outrun a Viper stock O and an S2000, surely isnt faster than a 5.0 mustang stock. Yea, that displacement again!

Thats not the point! Everyone want to throw out torque numbers without considering weight, power under the curve, etc....

you mean the one that lied about having bottle? while i was broken. im fixed now and i cant seem to find him..... and in the video, i was reeling him in while shifting at 5k...... 
that guy was a true ricer too, if he edged you out just a little, he considered it winning and stopped. but as soon as i started to come around, he let out

Its funny that this is one of the few videos ls1 owners revert back to against any runs dealing with supras. I can sit here and post hundreds of supras tearing a new one on ls1's, ls7's, vipers, cobras, bikes, etc......The trans am has over 150hp over the supra. Nothing special about the outcome imo.
It's a great video of two badass cars that sound amazing. No one said that this proved F-bodies were better than Supras or that they were faster or anything of the sort.
It wouldn't have mattered if it was a Supra, a Cobra, or a Skyline or whatever. There is absolutely zero reason for you to get all defensive and insecure about it.

This was your very first post in the thread, and not a single post before it had anything bad to say about the Supra or Supras in general.

I am willing to bet he is just on here to get a rise out of all the f-body guys. I too want to see this big bad 6xxhp car you say you own. I can say i own a 1000hp supra too and post pics of one all day long . I think this is just hogans son on here bored becouse he has nothing better to do in jail.
