I hate taxes because it's money that i dont bring home but i still pay them because i don't know of a way around them without that BIG possibility of being screwed by the LARGEST mob in the world(usa government). paying taxes to fix someone else's economical f*ck up is not being a man, being a man is fixing YOUR mistakes, taking care of YOUR own blood, and paying back YOUR debts.(a tax is not a debt, i took out no loan and they've given me nothing in return) i wouldnt b*tch so much if the taxes went to soldiers or fallen soldiers family's since they are the ones that help this country keep the freedoms we have.
BLNLS1RX7 your just another one of those that continue to bend over to take a fist full and don't say a word about it or are too blind to notice that it's even happening(just by going off of the be a man statement you made)

I laugh at the conspiracy people too but seriously the governments screwing us all and is going to continue screwing us all and theres nothing that we will say or do to fix it. whether its on paper or in a book or written online or nowhere at all we are going to continue doing it because we have no other choice just like a business owner paying the mafia for protection well if i dont pay they burn my business down what is there to do but give in? wasn't there a guy that got tired of paying taxes so he went off into the mountains and built his own cabin and paid no bills besides food or something and eventually the government found out about this guy hit him with some charges and locked him up?(not sure i just thought i read something about this a couple of years ago)

Agreed 100%. This isn't meant to be racist or anything, but that's what the Mexicans are doing, and it's certainly not helping anything. Their country sucks, and rather than fixing the problems, they just run from them. So, they're stuck here in a better, but still bad situation, and their country is still in shambles.

You'd imagine the IRS would provide this simple answer in order to shut people.

I am sorry if it is not simple enough for you.

a few things wrong here state courts only prosecute people who commit state crimes. Federal courts prosecute people who commit federal crime.
but any who does the constitution count as a federal standard(whatever that means) Article 1 section 8 clause 1
and the sixteenth amendment as well both give congress the power to collect taxes all this info was given as a simple answer on the IRS web page. I am sure there is a number that you can call and ask them more questions too.
There is really nothing to misinterpret
Does any of this count as imperative evidence(that doesnt make sense BTW)

They don't give you a military to protect you, a space program to advance you (and all of humanity), a legal system to protect and help you (or screw you if you get on the wrong side, admittedly), and highways to drive on? And on a state or local level, education for your children, collection of your trash, removal of snow from local roads, etc?

The problem isn't taxes or the legality of them. Nor is it the fact that they truly ARE extracted at gun point, just like a common thug. The PROBLEM is the AMOUNT of them, and how they are used.

Socialist programs have got to be cut. The military has to be cut beyond what is necessary in the middle east (save for the Navy, the only branch Constitutionally allow to operate during peace-time). Congressional abuses have got to be cut. And so on. Then the rest could be used to cut taxes and let us all live better.

And this stuff about the defeciet? It's all bullshit. We "owe" it to the Federal Reserve. Just nationalize it and erase the "debt" with the stroke of a key.

Some of the comments in here make me sick. There is an air of expectation in this country now days that simply amazes me. No one wants to pay taxes or serve in the military or give any type of federal service, but they want the world handed to them without earning it.

For those of us that have been to Europe or the Middle east you know how fucked up it is there. I love the people that complain about this country and say they would move if they could. They don't have the ***** or the ability to do it. Is it shocking these are the same people who want hand outs as well?

Want all the taxes to stop? End all these bullshit federal programs.

If it were up to me you'd have to give federal service to get any sort of benefit. Heinlein had it right.

************* watch too many movies.

Thats 100% true man, I keep hearing horror stories from sweden, im from Norway(neighbour country) and we have same problems with goverment not giving a **** about what or who they let in the country to live on our tax money, so they have nice ghettos and knfe stabbings every single day in a very small country.

Sweden just takes the cake.
They let in the most vile criminals from war torn 3rd world cesspools and let them roam the streets with no jobs.

Time willing i will move back to the USA for good, and leave the politically correct leftist eurabia.
You are all lucky you live in the greatest country in the world, period.

What's this supposed to mean?

You think welfare/giving handouts to lazy people is going to solve the problem? NO

Like RP says, when you subsidize something, you get more of it.
