I highly doubt you are being scammed, sometimes things just take time. I normally don't open a claim unless it's been a week and I haven't heard anything. Also just because he hasn't sent you shipping information doesn't mean he hasn't shipped it....if he's a verified user for 5 years I doubt your in any danger! If you go the paypal route, it will take up to 45 days for them to "resolve" the issue, which normally means full refund but not always, if they can prove he never sent it. I would hold off calling your credit card company for a few more days.

Yea, unfortunately not everything is ideal when ordering online. I waited a week after I bought a radiator off ebay, never heard anything, come to find out the seller went out of business the day after I bought it, took another week but finally got my money back. If you don't receive your products, you'll eventually get your money back, either through paypal or the seller, but lets hope it doesn't come to that!

I'll have to agree with Greenbird...it has only been 3 days and according to his profile he hasn't even signed on LS1Tech....maybe he is out doing some Army field exercises?

But it is a large amount, so I understand your concern...
