you bought a part from someone and they do not send the part, answer phone calls or e-mails? I used Pay Pal to pay with.

Forget paypal, they won't do anything unless he has the money in his paypal acct. Paypal's worthless. Unfortunately you're just gonna be *** out. I got taken and learned the hard way too.

You can't just disregard the Paypal dispute because of the comment above.

#1) Start you Paypal dispute immediately.
B) Move this to the approprite forum.
Third) Do your research better up front & be careful who you deal with.

If you used your credit card through paypal just go to your credit card company and tell them you never recieved your merchandise and they will refund your money.

Internet fraud people, paypal. It's all a waste of time. I did it all too, i hope you have better luck than i did. I say go try all you can to get it back, just know if you do get it back by any other means than him just wanting too, you'll be in the minority. After you do all that, stomp his guts out.

I have also learned the hard way. If you have his phone number call the police in his area, if you can, or your local polices. Even if its a cell number they can see who owns it, find out where they live and go pay him a visit. Or you can do what I did and when the cop comes to get your report tell him to call the number a talk to the guy or leave a "your in trouble mister" message on his phone. After he call the guy, that took my parts and then his paypal payment didn't clear, he called me the next day and I went and got my parts back. The cop even called me back to make sure everything went fine. Nice happy ending . It's a rough world and their are a lot of crappy people in it. Learn to live with it and get smarter about who you buy from, Good luck.

If you got their name, do a zabasearch or other people search, get their address, possible relatives addresses and phone numbers and call quite a few of them untill you **** them all off enough to where they change their numbers or get the person who stiffed you to give you your money back or at least ship the parts. And if that doesn't work, find any local forums that they might be on and start asking questions and tell the story, several people will offer to kick their *** usually. Nobody can hide anymore.
